Swedish tennis player Björn Borg raises the trophy after his victory over John McEnroe (R) in the Stockolm Open 10 November 1980. Born in Södertälje, Borg first major title was the Italian Open (1974) and he went on to become Wimbledon singles champion five times (1976-80). He also won the French singles title six times, and was the World Championship Tennis singles champion in 1976, and Masters champion in 1979 and 1980. He retired in 1981, but made three comebacks in 1982,1984, and 1992.
